I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the theft of my Yamaha Banshee from Dalton Mountain Motorsports in Berlin New Hampshire. Despite being in their care for repairs, my vehicle was left unsecured outside, locked only with a bicycle chain, and was stolen from their premises. I highly recommend you DO NOT bring your machines here. I brought my 3 Skidoo's here at the end of October 2023. They asked when I wanted them back and I said no rush as long as we get them before the trails open. Very upsetting experience today 9/14/2024 with this dealership. They have a machine I wanted on consignment. I called and a price was agreed with seller/dealership. I drove three hours one way with cash and trailer to agreed price just to have the price change at the last minute as I was about to hand over the cash to the agreed amount? These guys are great, I brought my new skidoo here in hopes that someone would be able to help with my warranty work and get it fixed correctly, as I had trouble elsewhere. With as busy as they are they kept me up to date, were patient with the questions I had, and helped me along the whole way. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.. thanks again!
