I walked in and asked if the shop could help with a tire issue. Within 5 seconds he said no and gestured with his hand for me to go away. I'm not a dog, I'm a potential customer. Not sure what his problem is.

unprofessionally services I went there to check my e-bike issue I waited for my turn and I was next suddenly another biker comes after me and he takes him right away when I asked why I was here first he said I don't care you can leave if you don't wanna wait, He forget that We are not in China this is America he need to respect costumers and not to ignore them, I am very upset for poor service and I promise him you will receive a lots of bed reviews and bad repetitions. Wish I could give zero stars. Called and asked about a simple repair, barely listened and said he could fix the flat. When I arrived said he couldn’t do it because I have to buy the parts myself. I clearly asked this on the phone. Hauled my scooter in and wasted time for nothing.

Be carefull with this place that guy sell pieces damaged after he wanna act like he does'nt know anything he is disrecpectfull and at the end he doesnt wanna give you money back He just act angry even when he is whos selling garbaje 👎🏼👎🏼

I walked in, and before i could state why i was there, i was told “we don’t fix this bikes” preeeze reeve”…. I felt disrespected… this is the absolute worst Bike shop in jersey City. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT…
