This is a great store with excellent service. Walter has serviced my bikes for years. He has expertly fixed and maintained my bikes and even an elliptical bike which is unusual and a specialty sort of vehicle. He has installed some nice modifications to my bikes and given me great help and timely reliable service. Walter is a nice and honest guy. I trust him and think he would do a great job with your bikes and give you good advice and ideas. Good location on menaul and Wyoming.

Went in to get my rear derailer adjusted, told who I assume is the owner the symptoms and he almost immediately after putting it on the stand "yep looks like you need to swap out the drivetrain(percectly good part btw)... wheel is outta true(false)... crank has give... blah blah.. $200". Took the bike elsewhere. The bike is running good as new after a rear derailer adjustment. I wouldn't trust my bike to be taken here.

I've been going to this place for years, and they always treat me with respect and kindness. I appreciate this place so much for replacing tire after tire after tire after tire after tire after tire of mine. Thanks to them I've put 6500 miles on my electric bike.

I got immediate personal attention for my nit picky concerns without complaint. Other shops were teaming with customers or required appointments. Another shop improperly installed toe clips on my bike and this was straightened out pronto. I recommend this business.
