I bought 2 INMOTION v12’s from EUCO for me and my brother we use them almost everyday any problems or concerns we had William from euco was there to help usually responded in less than 1 hour. I had flat a few weeks ago and they helped me fix it the next day with great customer service and call backs I want to upgrade soon and I’ll be buying my new euc from euco.

William did an amazing job getting me the right replacement part for my wheel. Unbeknownst to me, there were two different versions of the part I needed and he reached out to get some photos of my current setup so I would receive the correct one. After that, it only took a couple of days for me to receive the replacement and get up and running again.

I bought a Begode Master v2 that was a close out. William got me hooked up and the purchase was super fast and easy. I was a little concerned that the Master would overshadow my T4 that I’ve been riding for about a year. I ride both 80% off-road and seated only. I upgraded both wheels with Surron seats, grab handles, and better suspension more appropriate for seated riding.
