Frank is the nicest person. Best customer service! Told me exactly what I needed to replace on my bike and how to do it to avoid labor costs. Gave me the tool I needed for free! And on top of that when he called me check if I was able to get it done! And I was. Wish there were more people like frank at bike world. Genuinely nice person. WORST customer service. Don't bother trying to call and ask any questions. They are "too busy" for that. Called twice over the course of two days to the Rainbow location and couldn't get any kind of assistance, information or guidance. If you have ANY other option, I'd go with that. Got my daughter an ebike and she has had trouble with flats on both tires. FYI, they don't offer any kind of mobile service, pickup service, or customer service. I wish I could add a couple of stars. These guys were fantastic. Checked my e-bike out while I was waiting and understood what my problem was. They were really quick and solved my problem. They used to take care of my son's bike years ago and that's why I returned to them to check my e-bike. I came because the tube on one of my tires popped out, and they recommended switching to a more durable type of tire due to the streets in Las Vegas. They’ll also make some adjustments my bike needed. Great customer service. I’ll see in a couple of days how the results turn out.

Having a problem with the rear hub on my Specialized Rock Hopper and when i asked one of the workers if they could take a look at it he refused saying i need to drop off for a couple of days. Gave me a blank dirty look. This guy was about 5'8" with longer hair and didn't move a inch. I told him i must be at the wrong bike shop.
