Tony's has the old school vibes. But also the vibe of overcharging to fix simple things. Talk about helping out young women and men who are looking to get into the biking scene? Wait they don't do that here.... I reccomend any OTHER bike repair shops. In Solidarity 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Customer Service experience/review. Came in one day to buy brake pads for my e-bike, and immediately, one of the guys there scowled “NO E-BIKES”, not even a “how can I help you”. I explained I only needed brake pads, I know most bike shops don’t service e-bikes because of insurance reasons, I do my own maintenance. Finally, I got the pads I needed but safe to say, I’m not coming back in again.

Took my bike in for a tuneup on 5/12/19 and they did a fantastic job. Brakes are nice and tight and no longer rub, gears are shifting precisely now, and my chain was cleaned and lubed. The bike is riding smooth as ever now. Will definitely be going back here.
