These people were fantastic. We got to test ride for about a mile and a half to test out velotric bikes Which was fantastic because no other place let us even sit on the bike. Customer service was great. Took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. Thank you

Buying my Pedego Element was an absolute blast. I've never had more fun purchasing a bike or anything for that matter. These guys are fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your e-bike to be serviced here. I saw all the great reviews boasting about fast turnaround times and quality work, but that is the opposite of what I experienced. I brought my e-bike here to get it serviced and I was told it should only take a week, after a week I gave them a call and was told that they’re still working on it. Had a wonderful experience here a few weeks ago when I purchased my first ever e-bike. I had a budget in mind and was able to find something reasonable on the previously loved bikes for sale. The owner and employees were all very friendly and welcoming. Any questions I had were answered with kindness. I love my new Aventon and took it out for 26 miles the day I bought.
