Stopped in and bought some chain lube while traveling home to ohio from Vermont on my klx300. They were busy but able to help me find a can and let me spray my chain in the grass out front.

I wanted a new Ranger Northstar Ultimate. Amanda promptly found one at another dealer, as they did not have one in stock in my desired color. Their whole team worked to accomidate my needs and get me back to hunting season ASAP. They made the changes I wanted and got my Ranger ready quickly. Ryan in the shop did an excellent job too. Mayfield, NY. I would give 0 stars if allowed. They sent me 2 photos from bad angles in the rain but when I arrived to pick it up after a week of prep time, the vehicle was untouched. Filthy, disgusting, it appeared winch was broken, panels removed, and what looked like paint spilled in the box, and also appeared to have rear suspension issues. Customer service was very lacking, no attempt to change my mind or sell me a different vehicle even though I had a $10,500 check in hand.
