So, I bought the new Aventon Adventure M ebike July 29, 2025. The ebike was better than even my highest expectations, until the bike had a rare failure. Jamie has been very helpful and informative throughout the process of selecting and purchasing the bikes my girlfriend and I decided on. He even changed his order for the floor models to match the ones we wanted so we would receive them quicker to take on a scheduled vacation to Florida. Wonderful customer service!
