So, this was my first and likely last experience having my triumph serviced at Maddie's. It started off with an in person service request for an oil change and new tires. All my information was taken and a date was set for two weeks out. Of course it was downpouring the day of my appointment but I still road in because I didn't want to reschedule and have to wait a couple more weeks. Not even an hour after buying this I had to leave a review, I had just purchased a 2014 Honda NC700X, and worked with Andrew who was a super straight up guy, and easy to talk to, I had an awsome buying experience, and they made my first time experience of buying a motorcycle an awsome one.

Driving through and stopped by this dealership. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Shout out to Alan, Chad, Andrew and Nina for making us feel like part of the family. Wonderful selection of bikes and apparel. We are recent Harley Davidson converts to the Indian world and they really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this dealership!

I am so pleased with the service department! We brought my son's Polaris Ranger 150 in because we could not get it to start. While the issues escalated into some big, complicated problems, they were patient and caring and informative throughout the process. They were fantastic to work with.
