Came here to get a modest bike to keep in shape… sometimes you want to change up your “10k steps routine” and stay off your feet. Robert was very knowledgeable & truly helpful in assisting with the right kind of bike - I absolutely enjoy the quality and beauty of this item & will be back for more!

It's my second time with Roberts Bicycle, and I'm pleased with the service. I have an EUC (electric unicycle), and although they don't technically do it here, they tried, but I disassembled the wheel and bought the tire and inner tube myself. This time, however, I was unable to do so because no one was available to bring the EUC already disassembled with me. They charged me little extra and disassembled it themselves. Absolutely awful experience — beware of employee named Craig. I initially came into the shop to replace my bike tire. I agreed to pay $55 for the replacement, and everything seemed fine at first. Later, I called the shop and simply asked if Craig could help me tighten my brakes a little — a very basic request. That’s when things went downhill fast. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a bike shop. I bought a bicycle less than 30 days ago, and the gentleman who sold it to me clearly said it came with a 30-day warranty. My son doesn’t even ride it aggressively — he’s still learning and uses training wheels. He has only ridden it twice. Yesterday, I noticed the front tire was flat and the brakes weren’t working properly, so I brought it back to the shop. Great customer service , Very friendly And patient and offers great prices. Bought A BMX for 150 with free warranty for 30 days , and helped me choose the best bike. Definitely will be coming back again!
