I had a great experience working with Elijah for some home gym equipment. He stayed in constant communication through the process and was quick to get back to me with answers to questions. I opted for home delivery and setup, which was excellent as well. They assembled as much as they could before showing up so things went fast and smooth. The functional trainer I bought looks and works great, I will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Upon replacing my grandson‘s bike that was stolen, the sale associate, George was very helpful. He was very patient took his time to explain everything that I needed to know about the purchase, when ask about accessorizing the bike, he was very helpful in explaining to me what he thought with best fit the bike and my needs. Overall, my experience with Bert's Bikes & Fitness Elmridge Center Greece, NY was very good. In store, George was very helpful and patient as my wife and I checked out the various recumbent exercise bikes. No pressure. George answered our questions. Bought a Trek Verve 2 and it was a pleasue. The tech was fantastic and gave my husband an overview of the mechanics plus made sure the bike was in top condition. We went for a ride and came back to tune up my bike. My husband decided he needed a kickstand and more comfortable seat and the same tech recommended and installed both for free. Meanwhile, I will be getting my handlebars raised to take the pressure off my wrists and a new kickstand to make my riding easier. Well done!
