I purchased my ATV from Crossbay back in July, and unfortunately, it ended up needing major service work not long after. From start to finish, the entire team — from the service department to the manager — was absolutely amazing. They handled everything professionally, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and made sure the work was done right. The ATV runs perfectly now. Overall, a great experience, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. Highly recommend!

Well my first impressions was a really good one. Brought my 2008 gold wing to get work done. Was greeted by head of the service department and he was a joy to speak with reassured me about what would be done and it felt good. I forget his name but he also has a similar bike as mine. Very straight forward experience was able to pick which bike I wanted and got it in less than a week ready to go. Joe took very good care of me to make sure the process went as easy and as smooth as possible. No ridiculous dealership up charging and great explanation of the bikes features and use. Will definitely buy from here again!
