I just bought and ebike from these folks and Jeff was amazing. I did a lot of research online and decided on Momentum, but wanted to shop local. Jeff ordered the bike for me and assembled everything and delivered it for me as soon as it came in. At delivery he gave me a complete tutorial and made sure I was comfortable riding the bike before taking off. I have NEVER had better service. Nice and helpful bike mechanics, but the owner was not very nice. I witnessed him being very rude to two girls who were trying to return an e-bike; he was telling them that it was their own fault if they felt like the bike wasn’t powerful enough.

Went there after researching my options for a pro ski boot fit, necessitated by a subtle change in my foot alignment after foot surgery. Jeff did not disappoint. He spent plenty of time, educated me, discussed my options, answered my questions, and solved my problem. Great job: 6/5!

Place is a SCAM!! I got an estimate for 60 dollars and when I came back they tried to charge me 97. I told them that the service fee was 65 plus the broken spokes, which cost 2 dollars to fix each. They lowered it to 78 dollars, but I want a business I can trust, not a place where I have to barter. The man named Alex who did my first repair here a month ago is really nice and the one benefit to this business. Otherwise, the other repairman (Jeff) I got this time treated me with an inferiority...
