Tom’s ProBike is where I bought my new Specialized Roubaix. I am in LOVE with her. Tom’s went above and beyond in this transaction… I had ordered the wrong color bike, when I received it I was heartbroken as it was so much darker and drabber than I expected (beautiful dark purplish black, just not my style). I realized I should have ordered the bright blue instead as that’s the one I had been drawn to initially. Tom’s was generous enough to allow me to exchange the bike for the blue one for a...
I bought a bike on Facebook Marketplace and brought it in for a tune up. The mechanic (Ken?) did an absolutely amazing job. It rides like a dream. The people are really nice, friendly, and helpful. I very much recommend this place and plan to return for anything bike related that I may need in the future. Also, turn around time was very quick- a few days at most.
Excellent bike shop. Has a huge selection of bikes especially for the pandemic. I walked in never riding a road bike before. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I tried a total of 3 bikes. Roubaix that was built and there. A aethos that they brought in from orchard park, and a Super six evo that had to be built. They walked me through the features of each bike. I really appreciate how patient they were with me making a decision they really do want to put you in a bike that you’ll lo...
Tom's Pro Bikes is simply the very best for sales and service. They helped me select the right bike, provided a perfect fitting session for me and their customer service on every service visit since my service has been just exceptional. 5 stars are well earned by Tom's Pro Bike!

However, their knowledge comes across as arrogant and condescending if you have questions or don’t know something. My biggest complaint is that my family has purchased 6 bikes over the past few years and had many paid tune ups done. BUT they would not honor a free tune up on a bike (the bike has been ridden less than 30 hours) that was over a year old. The delivery of the answer was...
