I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and Joelle. Their customer service is outstanding and they are so kind and welcoming. Andrew repaired a part of my Thule bike rack and spent a large amount of time doing and so I was so happy to pay him. He did not want to accept any money. Of course I showed my appreciation anyway, but he had the tenacity to fix the part, which would’ve cost me a lot of money to replace. My son really wanted a bike, and by chance we saw the store and decided to stop in. We looked around and realized the prices were a bit out of our range. Then the kind and generous salesperson told us he had a used bike that someone had donated, and he’d be happy to give it to us for free. So while we didn’t end up buying anything, we received truly wonderful service — and we’ll do our best to pay the kindness forward. Thank you❤️

Me and my friends wanted to play basketball, but my ball was out of air for almost 2-3 years, and I didn't had the little "thingy" to pump up the ball in my house. So I decided to reach out to this store and they helped me so much! They pumped it really good. Plus, they gave me the "thingy" for free! Thanks that you are here in Larchmont! Really made my day!

If I could give this business 100 stars review I would. They were polite, welcoming, courteous, and pleasant as I went with my son to buy his very first "big guy" bike. Truly charming. They didn't oversell me on anything and even accommodated preparing the bike to ride same day for him, having proper fit helmets, and even more. I would recommend this fantastic local business to anyone who needs a bike and I'm looking forward to returning many times as we grow and enjoy cycling.
