I am a new customer to Island Powersports. I am beyond happy with this establishment. The service writer Mike is beyond helpful and polite. He represent Island Powersports with his knowledge and willing to solve any issues you may encounter. I purchased a used Spyder RTL privately and found the attention given to myself and my ride impeccable. They gained a new life time customer and I will strongly recommend this company.

Sales is excellent service is the worst in the world. I bought tons of stuff from them and service is the worst soon as you call. Tell him you got an ibr problem. It's not covered under warranty. First Words out of the guy's mouth Get the ski back the I. BR don't work, they're telling me, oh you call weeks later and say to I B R don't work? You could read the hours on the engine to tell that it was never driven. The worst service in the world And the back piece is missing, and they're telling...

These guys are great! Purchased a new Seadoo GTX and had a great time with Monty, Jason, Tom, and the remaining team there making my day! Truly thankful for everything! I hope to do more business soon on that bike hopefully!

I am a new rider and recently purchased a brand new Ninja 500 SE for the price I wanted, sales advisor Mike Barbara was amazing, he was patient, and knowledgeable on bikes. The manager was also amazing. I will definitely be back for my next bike!
