Great experience! I had very specific requests for my bike builds they always make sure to get right. Originally built my wife’s brompton up from extra parts i had and did an amazing job. Also appreciated their keeping me updated through text & photos. Friendly, knowledgeable with excellent service-our go to shop.

This is a great shop that’s been around the neighborhood for many, many years. I’ve taken friends bikes in there and I recently took one of my own bikes in there, a premium E bike. It was just basic maintenance and a new seat but everyone there was really nice, very clear about pricing (and I’m a cheapo). Very good prices too (especially for the east side of New York City). I was impressed, and I will go back in the future. Thank you for your help!

I brought my bike into another repair shop that morning with issues in both tires and needing a kick stand. The man was adamant that my tires just needed “pumped up” even after I explained how they are flat consistently after every ride. Bicycles NYC listened to my concerns and discovered I did in fact need a new front tire and replaced both (to match), got me a new kickstand and lock for a great price! Kind and helpful staff and my bike looks GREAT and rides PERFECTLY!

I asked them to strip and rebuild my bike when the carbon frame got damaged and was sent to a carbon repair vendor. They did it quickly, coordinated shipping and corresponded with the vendor to keep me updated the progress. They're friendly and responsible.

Great experience trying several small bikes to fit my grandson (2). The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up with a Woom “Voom” bike that was ridden all the way home.
