If you want terrible customer service, a run down lock store disguised as a bike shop were they’re just trying to rip you off and uncharge this is the place to go. If you’d like to be treated like a human and have a good bike buying experience I’d recommend elsewhere. Try to low ball me on a trade in and overcharge for a new bike. Are you kidding me?! Nope not today, David(one of the employees who tried swindling me).

Staff are so kind and helpful. We had a big trip to NYC and used these guys to check our bikes were alright and they really went out of their way to make sure everything was ok with our hire bikes. Would recommend this established independent business to anyone

Just used this shop for a tune-up on my bike. Wished I knew about this shop years ago. Staff was great. Price was fair. I can tell by the shop and the staff that they are neat and meticulous. Bike came back super clean and shifts perfect. I couldn't ask for better service. They definitely take pride in their work. I'll be coming back in the future.
