I called this dealer. I knew exactly what I was looking for. They gave me no BS. They didn’t try and sell me anything extra. It almost felt like concierge level. I called them gave them a few facts of things I wanted. Sent them my drivers license. I went in their a few hours later and walked out with my machine. It was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had buying something new at a dealer.

I called Max Motorsports before a snowstorm this winter for a minor item and spoke with Brian Biedrzyski. The level of service that I received was exceptional. Brian was very responsive, detailed and called me right back as promised instead of putting me on hold. I highly recommend doing business with them. They are super customer focused and understand the importance of taking care of the customers needs big or small.

The parts department at this dirt bike shop is absolutely amazing. I’ve only dealt with parts, and the experience has been top-notch every single time. Brian is hands down one of the most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get exactly what I need. Purchased a 2026 YZ 250 from MAC and was very happy with service provided. All staff were super accommodating and never once pushy to buy. Brought my 2019 Z900 in for tires and engine maintenance. When I bought it there in 2019 the sales process was smooth and easy. The service visit last week was even better! Vaughn the advisor was very knowledgeable and 100% professional. The technician,Carmine,returned by bike in flawless condition,running perfectly.
