I cannot praise Damian enough. He fixed our touring bike when it was fit for the bin. After an accident the derailer had completely broken, bent the frame, broken the chain and shredded the gear cable. He sent a long time and care over the surly disc trucker and had it up and running in no time at all. I would give him more stars if I could! The owner of this shop is incredibly generous with his time and expertise. The crank on my exercise bike broke, and I had nowhere to turn. I brought in the replacement crank and he changed it out without even charging me. Really classy.

Had an older bike that I purchased in 1997, and although I had a newer bike, I didn't want to get rid of this one for sentimental reasons. It was a bike my son had really enjoyed riding when he was alive. Damian totally revamped my old bike into brand new condition, couldn't be happier! On my trip on the Erie Canal my rear frame failed which was almost a disaster. Macgyvered a support to get me through to Spencerport stopping by Sugars. Damian was awesome taking care of my disaster with a new frame and great install. 3 days later still trucking.
