Brett has been helping me with my bike now and he is unbelievable! He takes the time to talk and help and not oversell on something you may not need. Looking forward to a great season thanks to him and the rest of the staff at Jens. Took a bad spill last year and they got my bike all fixed up and good as new!!

This place is awesome! They have every kind of bike and bicycle accessory you could imagine but more importantly, they really take the time to educate you and explain to you what equipment will best fit your needs and why. Truly outstanding customer service like they provide is hard to come by these days, that is why this is THE place for all of your cycling needs.

Brought my bike for a complete fork rebuild. Alex, the mechanic, showed me the parts he would be replacing and gave a very fair price quote. He was great to deal with! The job was completed in a timely manner and the fork operates better than new. I recommend this shop.

I went in to explore their ebike selection, and the staff gave me tremendous insight and suggestions. I looked around at other shops, but I came back to Jen's and ordered the bike they recommended. The staff, including Brett, Alec and Dave were honest and informative. When I returned the next day, the bike was ready and adjusted to me.
