Bert's is wonderful. Usually a great selection. I'm always impressed with the interesting accessories that they have in stock. Incredible variety of bikes and fitness machines. Single most condisending sales experience I've had in my in my life. Never going back. I have a Tern, was looking for something for my wife and the first two sentences out of the sales person were belittling at best.
