I had an awesome experience at Berts Bikes and Fitness. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful they took there time and fixed my foster grandson s bike and were very kind to Zy and had them watch how to fix his bike. I took my e-bike in for its end of the year service so that it’s ready for the spring. They told me up front what the cost would be and when they found that the bike needed front brake pads they called for my approval. I’m never disappointed with how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable they are!

Bert’s service department is super helpful and fast. I’ve had flats fixed a couple of times so far, walking in each time with no appointment. Each time the fix took no more than 20 minutes, and when I cut it too close on timing and only had a few minutes, I left it for a couple hours with no issues. Stopped in first thing on a long holiday weekend to have the tires on my bike checked, slow leaks. They offered to change them and do a quick tune-up while I waited saving me having to come back. Greatly appreciated!
