Could Do Better !!!! Last month I returned an item that I had purchased because the wrong product was in the box. I was refunded but that was all. No apology was given for selling me a product that was not as it was described - or for my inconvenience. Needless to say, I am not impressed. It is now Jan 27th and I'm looking at the response from the owner. Still no apology!

I visited Bishop's Bicycle Shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My experience was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share it with others. At any given time, I have around eleven bikes and Bishop’s is my preferred location to have them serviced. I’ve found the “gotcha’s” people complain about in negative reviews have always been well justified for my many interactions.

We rented bikes for the OTET and Terry and the rest of the Bishop's crew could not have been more helpful. The bikes were perfect for the trail, only one tire mishap the entire 6 days. It was a great trip, made only better by the care and attention we received from the entire staff. Thank you!

Staff are very pleasant and friendly. My sales person spent a lot of time showing me suitable bikes and test rides. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you!
