I just wanted to thank this shop for their excellent service! Not only did they manage to get me the exact bike I wanted, but they called me every so often while it was on order (bike shortage) to give me updated eta’s and assurance that they were still working to get it! The day after it arrived the bike was built and ready for pickup! A+ service and still lots of selection for accessories. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely do business with them again and highly recom...

Thank you, The Hub Bicycle Shop Hespeler- Cambridge for fixing my favourite bicycle in record time, excellent service, and the best price! You guys are the best! Thank you Cliff and team.
This is an awesome local shop! Cliff gave me a great deal on a take-off front suspension fork last fall, so I brought my bike in this spring after finding out there was a recall on my BB. Cliff made it happen and did a great job of replacing everything touched by the warranty. In addition, there was a 50% off locks sale! Definitely recommend if you're looking for that mom and pop vibe in Cambridge. Thanks again, Cliff!
Phenomenal service and just all around knowledgeable and cool guys. Did a great job on a bike build I had done.
