Doug and Marion's Bike Sales & Repairs

A friend referred me to Doug and Marion’s Bike Sales and Repair store in Strathroy. It was worth the drive from London. I went in thinking I should be buying one type of bike and they spent well over an hour fitting me for the bike that was right for me (higher handle bars for neck and low back pain, hybrid tires and a wider seat). The customer service is fantastic and they do not try to oversell you. I will be going there for all my bike repairs, accessories and will definitely be recommend...

Great little store with everything you need. Was in from out of town for a morning walk when I came across this store. Walked in and the owner was there to great me. Great customers service with lots of knowledge about products and bikes

Does good work, quick and efficient. All repairs also include a free lecture on how to ride a bicycle properly with the attitude at no extra charge. Be prepared to pay a little extra also. He is the best around. Just ask him, he will tell you.

Beware!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took an item in for repair and did not receive a call from them. After 30 days I called to inquire and was told they gave the item away because they had tried calling me 3 times,( Doug had somehow wrote my phone # incorrectly!) Does this not constitute theft or fraud? I told him I wanted the item back and went there to retrieve it. Doug said he should charge me for storage and wouldn't take any ownership for the fact that he had been calling the wrong phone #...
