Have visited store a few times for repairs. Had brake pads replaced, battery mounts swapped, controller adapted and price was fair and very affordable. Friendly, knowledgeable crew as well. I highly recommend this store if you have or want an ebike.
I went to the Bloor shop for an e-bike inspection. The staff told me the technician was at the Queen Street location, which I said was too far. When I handed him my phone to show me the address, I later discovered he had posted a 5-star review from my account without my permission. This is completely unethical and unprofessional. If the shop is more concerned about fake reviews than providing good service and making customers feel comfortable, I will never return
Great Rental service, more models with good batteries. Very decent price for good Bikes long range & low price. Awesome staff & great work.
Exceptional service! Brought my bike in for repairs, and the team at Emmo bike went above and beyond to get it fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. Highly skilled staff and excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning for all my biking needs. Highly recommend!
My tire got flat & for puncture they charge me only $20 for flat tire repair. Its quite impressive. Thanks
