A true local bike shop. I took my bike in for a bent rear derailleur hanger and was back out on the road in no time. The repair took maybe 10 minutes total but the best part of the experience was that the owner took time to listen to all of my questions and gladly explained the process and steps they were going through. As long as Rock Creek Cyclery has its doors open, I won't be going anywhere else but here for my cycling needs.

Solid shop. I came in to get my bike derailleur replaced and traded some new tires for a brand-new 24" set. The guy there was great—he originally quoted $45 but only charged me $25 and had his new employee work on it. We gave them some time, and they did an amazing job. I got brand-new tires and the repair done for just $25. Great service and great prices. Definitely recommend this bike shop

Just stopped in today to drop off my ebike in a sorry state. We talked about what what needed and what was possible and they worked within my budget to quote me for the necessary work. Definitely very friendly and not sales focused, they're willing to help when they can. The impression I got is they are honest and really just want to see your bike work like it should.
