I have been meaning to write a review for some time now. ScooterSwapShop is undoubtedly the best shop for scooter parts and accessories. They cater to any specific need when asked. No other website offers such an easy-to-use interface and secure site, giving me confidence in my purchases like yours does. I really wanted to support this business. I’ve watched their YouTube videos and appreciate the knowledge they share. However, I spent over $1k in parts with this shop and my complaint is that the stage6 replica crank lasted all of 2 weeks and MAYBE 20 miles. Buyer beware. Poor customer service. Faulty parts. Do not spend money here when you can actually go to a reputable business that stands behind the parts that they sell. There is a known issue with a part I ordered and they STILL have it for sale on their website even though the manufacturer has claimed it defective.
