I stopped into River City E-Bikes a few months ago, and everyone there was great! I was interested in buying an electric bike with a throttle to ride while recovering from a knee injury. I already had a really nice Bosch-powered commuter but was looking for something different as a secondary bike. I ended up test riding and purchasing a Specialized Globe Haul ST, which has been game-changing! Love how easy it is to ride loaded up, and as a big and tall rider, it still fits me really well. I recently had my ebike serviced, checked, and corrected/maintained. The vibe was professional and prompt. I had the feeling that they have my best interest in mind suggesting different options and approaches. Communication via text was direct and efficient. And they completed the work ahead of schedule. What more can you ask? I would not hesitate to recommend they work on your bike.
