White glove service. Fitz Sized a bike for me and offered The opportunity to try it out in the neighborhood. He helped me with a helmet and lights and a bike rack. The manager at Keswick Cycle helped me with my recent purchase of a Specialized Sirrus X 5.0 carbon frame bike. He spent a lot of time with me, adjusting the height of the seat and suggesting appropriate accessories when I requested help with that. Best bike shop I've been to and I've been to many! Sales people are very friendly. Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and fair. They carry high quality brands and I've always been treated fairly. Purchased 4 bikes from Keswick so far and many, many more repairs and upgrades. Excellent local bike shop.
