I purchased 2 Gary Fishers (Mountain / Hybrid) from The Bicycle Store over 15 years ago. I've used them exclusively for annual maintenance tune ups and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. Mike and staff are very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Amazes me how pleasant and knowledgeable the person was that waited on me yesterday. If I owned a business I'd wish for this person to run my establishment. He explained what AND WHY he was selling to me to achieve the perfect sale for my son. Once I presented the parts to my son he was literally thrilled. He knew alot about the parts he sent me to get, but these parts far exceeded his expertise. Thumbs up Bicycle Store!

BEST experience ever!! Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly with a well stocked shop. My bike had issues..he made it brand new. Even shines the frame and cleans all parts of the bike. I will never go anywhere else and refer his store to others.
