Found his number on Google and I called I asked him how much would it cost to replace a tire for a GTO electric scooter he said send me a pictures I sent him pictures. He told me to come in. I said I want to know how much it will be to replace the tire he ignored my messages and never respond back. All I wanted to know was just the price smh

There is a stern looking older man inside but don't let that disuade you from visiting, he is very talented and is ultimately super kind. I came in for a complete overhaul of my controller & wiring, ignition, and tune up and it was all completed by the next day for a reasonable price. I was able to get new brakes lines and brakes installed in about 30 minutes. I did purchase my brakes from an online store. He doesn’t carry them all. But a good place to get a scooter/e-bike serviced.

Q saved me in my darkest hour. I bought an NIU KQi3 Max Scooter, not realizing that it is fragile, impossible to find parts for, and unfamiliar to most scooter mechanists. When my back tire popped, I thought it was all over. Enter Q. He watched an NIU video series I sent him to learn how to dismantle the bike and access the back tire. He masterfully used tape and zip-ties as workarounds. Now I have a working scooter. Q forever, NIU Never!
