Came here with some friends from out of town and rented a double surrey. The staff was super helpful- Colin got us set up and we hit the river trail. Was so much fun pedaling down the river as a group and great scenery. Found a cool area with sculptures. Great time overall!

Prefacing this review by saying I'm not a cyclist, but I wanted to ride around and see some sights with a friend while in Philly! Staff helped me get an e-bike, which made a world of difference in being able to keep up with my friend! Colin, in particular, helped me out a bunch and very kindly explained everything. Will definitely be back and will bring more pals 😁 I had so much fun I forgot to take photos 😆

The pedal fell completely off the bike, twice, and they didn't give us a refund. But what really got me was when they said "usually it takes a few rides for that to happen". Like they knew the pedals fall off regularly and haven't fixed it. Also they don't do basic maintenance like inflating tires. Seats are tilted way back and they claim it's not fixable (it is, with an allen wrench). Nice bike path though!

The rental person was awesome! They gave us a suggestion on which trail was the best. The bikes were perfect & the price was excellent. Thank you!
