I just ordered my second bike for my goddaughter's birthday because I bought my GoTrack over two years ago and I couldn't do without it at the cottage.
Very bad experience with the salesperson. Poor advice. The salesperson seemed bothered when we asked questions. Furthermore, we had to insist on getting the brand new model in the box instead of the dusty old one.
I feel like I was ripped off on the price; it was cheaper on Amazon and on the Gotrax sellers' website, and I didn't receive an invoice. I have the impression I bought a refurbished item, not a new one. The seller demanded cash payment to avoid supposedly charging me taxes.
I bought a Volt Extreme electric car for my grandson. On the first day, the vehicle didn't work; the battery wouldn't charge. To get me out of trouble, I went to a Battery Expert center to buy a good new battery. The one in the vehicle was an old battery from May 2021, even though I had just bought the car. I went to have it replaced at Ebike VTT Longueuil, and they gave me another old battery from 2021, which doesn't work either. I don't even want to think about the warranty repair service.
