Wolff E-Bikes

I bought two Wolff bikes from SVP Sports, and one of them (the pink one) stopped working a month after I bought it. I took it to the shop and paid only $85 for the service. I was told it was the motor controller. I contacted Wolff directly to get this part, and Olga Tkachenko was incredibly helpful. They gave me a quote and shipped it to me within a day. We can’t say enough good things about our new Wolff e-bikes! We’re in our 60s and these bikes are very well built and designed for active seniors like us. With a top speed of 20 mph and a range of 75 miles we are riding every weekend all around Chattanooga Tennessee! Great product!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Wolff E-Bikes. My Wolff Ursa shuts off randomly, sometimes right after I start riding and other times even when I first power it on. I’ve checked the battery contacts, motor, and wiring myself, yet the issue continues. I’ve called multiple times, but no one answers, and I’ve received no response to my concerns. I’ve been looking for an e-bike for a while now, comparing several brands, and made my decision to purchase a Wolff e-bike. Wolff bikes are exceptional! They are high quality, affordable, and there is a vast selection of models to fit everyone’s needs. I’ve never seen bikes with such beautiful vibrant colours! I’m very happy with my purchase!!! What an amazing experience purchasing an ebike from Wolff e-bikes. My wife and I went to Wolff since we were interested in ebikes and we met Allan. He provided us with incredible service and and all the information we needed to make the right choice. We ended up purchasing 2 ebikes both the Ursa Major St just different colors.
