I'm Italian, I was visiting Quebec as one of my stops of my canadian trip. When I came across this shop I had to stop immediately. The store is fully equipped with every bike accessory you may need. As it happens, I was looking for a bike. Since this store is the N. 1 Kona retailer, I checked. Serge, the owner, and his team were all very kind and professional with me. They even assembled a bike for me to try on the spot. Unfortunately I had not enough time to organize the export of the bike t...
Went to buy a road bike. Serge took all the time required to fully adjust it for me. Thank you for your time and patience. Been to this places many times in the last 30 years and the service always been courteous over the years.
