Not only does Jayson do great repairs and tune ups, he also goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. If you’ve ever walked into a bike shop and felt a weird elitist vibe, you know what I’m talking about! There’s nothing but openness and love for the ride and rider here at Dialed, no matter what kind of cyclist you are. Great experience all around, and jayson is a class act to work with. Started off with a broken bike the processes of doing the diagnostic work and recommendations were great. Moved along to purchasing a new mountain bike here based on my goals, specs, and experience level. Jayson did very good by me and I would recommend his services to everyone. You won’t be able to beat his rates at large brand shops.
