I paid $130 to have my bike professionally assembled and they didn't a poor job. Almost everything was loose. My grips, presta valve, front and back wheel nuts,fenders, brake handles,pedals and accessory mounts. The back brake were not tuned right(front brake were though). The tires only had 15psi or lower in them and both had the presta valve release unscrewed. The guy I spoke with seemed like a good guy. I recently purchased two bicycles to give to my grandsons for Christmas. Since they live out of state, I wasn’t sure about the sizing being the right fit and asked if I could return for either refund or exchange, if necessary. Great local shop. Had exactly what we were looking for. A sub-$500 entry level pre-teen mountain bike that wasn't the low quality stuff found at the big box stores. It wasn't in stock when I first went there, but the shop staff were very thorough and gave me the estimated arrival date and kept in contact with us until we picked it up. Very happy - would definitely recommend.

Freehub is fantastic! I went in and had no clue about what kind of bike I wanted but the customer service was amazing. I DON'T REMEMBER HIS NAME BECAUSE I'M TERRIBLE but he was incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable! They checked the bike I bought before I bought it to make sure it was working. He even helped me get my bike rack on my car! I can't recommend this bike shop enough. If you have bike needs go here!
