Alligator Bikes has been 5 stars with us for years. We have rented with them as vacationers , then we purchased used bikes from them, and currently use them to service our bikes annually. Easy drop-off/ pick-up service. Responsive, prompt and courteous!

The guys at Alligator Bike were so helpful - they dropped off our bikes 45 minutes after booking them. They even picked up our bikes later the next day so we could go on a morning ride.

My parents have been renting from Alligator Bikes for decades, and now that I am an adult and visiting Kiawah, naturally it is my first reservation I make after reserving a place to stay. During my last trip my personal bike had a flat and a Presta valve, not a standard air valve by any means. Alan helped me out, and even gave me an old air pump that they no longer used in the shop. Alan and his team are fantastic-provide excellent service and have by far the best bikes available!
