I purchased a BMW K1600B and the experience was ok but had some room for improvement. The salesman was friendly but did not know all the features on this model but his personality helped make up for that. Honestly I didn't have a good experience with them. Salesman Greg is all about the sale. Not so much on following up on things promised that we're included to get the sale. Manager wasn't any help except to push service packages that I didn't want. Totaling blowing off my Yamaha Ridge didn't have a windshield or mirrors when delivered.
