They always greet you when you come in the store. I used them to service my bike. They were aware that i am training for an event so they were very considerate on scheduling my service. When the parts came in, they called me and asked me to drop off the bike in the afternoon and they had it for one day. Just an fyi, if you want your parts back I would recommend you tell them when you drop it off.
Just wow! I am blown away at that the level of service here! We had a bike stolen on our way to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation. I called ahead of time and Dana gave me a few options over the phone and said she had a few should could assemble! Arrived at their shop to be greeted by Teresa and they assembled a few bikes within an hours time! Of course my son fell head over heels for one they assembled… thank god! Had a bike emergency 48 hours before going out of state. These guys are busy, but were able to solve the problem and service my bike in less than 3 hours. Great service, even better employees. I had to force my tip on them because they didn't want to accept it. I'd recommend this shop time and time again.
Had a flat tire, got repaired in 15 minutes. The service was fast and cheap. The mechanic was proficient and polite. 100% recommend this place. If I’ll ever have another problem with my bikes I’ll definitely visit again.
Well what a wonderful experience I had at this place! Upon arriving, Tim (very cool guy) immediately offer to help me. I explained that my gears needed adjustment and he asked me to briefly wait to see if it was something he could take care of immediately or had to drop it off. Within 30 seconds, he knew what was wrong and made the necessary adjustments and sent me on my way. I think the whole process took about 5 minutes. Best of all..he did it all with a smile and free of cost. What a stand...
