Brought my recumbent trike here because we were in the area and a dog had ran into my derailleur causing shifting problems. After 2 weeks we were told it was ready, paid for the repair and in the parking lot the bike would not shift properly. Then we discovered they had broken another part on the bicycle, which was why it was not shifting. How they did not notice this? but we really wanted it repaired, left it for another week, still was not fixed and would not shift properly. We were no...
Should have read the reviews before coming here. Took a bike here to get lower bottom bracket bearings put in. Weeks later the bike was not done. Picked up the bike and they couldn't find the bearings. Stopped by on several occasions and no one was there or answered the door. Stopped by again the door was locked, so I knocked. The person started coming to the door noticed who it was and turned around and walked away and would not answer the door. Horrible customer service. Do not shop or take...
Don’t let the store front fool you. The retail side may look crazy but they probably have what you need to fix your bike. I made several attempts to escape his lengthy conversations and a power outage was my only saving grace. I had been willing to make a purchase in his store, but I just could not risk spe...
Terrible shop took my bike in just to replace an inner tube. After getting the bike back I noticed the gears weren’t changing like they should so I called and told them about the problem and I was told to bring the bike back in which I did. Once I brought the bike back in he told me I needed a new chain and there was some type of problem with the axle and wanted to charge me more money and I had none of these problems when I took it in originally. We ended up getting into a heated argument an...
