We ordered a scooter online and could not figure out some of the mechanicals of the scooter. We got Bernie’s number at Extreme Eriders from the scooter company as they were not able to help us. Bernie went above and beyond to try and problem solve the issue. Called us back several times- we will be returning our scooter and purchasing one thru Bernie! 5 Star Customer Service!!! CALL Bernie!
