I got an electric bike for Christmas and put it together myself. I went by looking for a helmet and met with Mr. Aaron and asked if he could look over the bike to make sure I put it together correctly. He was able to look it over in a day and make adjustments and it was very reasonably priced. I recommend going by if you are even thinking about getting an electric bike. We love Rebel Bikes. We purchased 4 bikes and will be purchasing 2 or 3 more. One of the things I love is that if we have any issues, we have someone close by to help us solve them. We have purchased bikes on line from other companies but they proved to be cheaply made and it took so long to get replacement parts when needed. At Rebel Bikes, I don't have to worry. I bought an electric trike online that came in a box. I tried to put it together but it was too complicated. I talked to the owner ( great enthusiasm). He said his GM could put it together. He absolutely did. The trike was perfectly put together and I got a fair price. Outstanding!
