We are touring from Baton Rouge, LA to Massachusetts and on day 12 I needed a bike repair and Tony (owner) at 5 Rivers Bike Shop in Morristown, TN was there to the rescue. My fender was broken at the base, so he drilled a hole in the fender and attached it with a zip tie. He tuned our bikes up, gave us some waters and we bought more chain lube. What a great shop! I'm today's world it is often difficult to remember that businesses use to thrive at being truly customer service oriented. It's even harder to find one that still does. Tony and Dave and the crew at 5 Rivers Bike Shop are awesome reminders of what that is supposed to look like. I dropped my 'new to me' ebike off for a tune-up and checkout 2 days ago. Super bike shop. Great service on my Trek Mamba. Never ran better, even when new ,after Tony worked his magic. Glad we have these guys in town.
A great experience with 5 Rivers Bike Shop. Purchased two Aventon Aventure 2's, and they went above and beyond. Super customer service and a fully stocked shop. Very happy! They are now my go-to shop!
