The staff was super helpful in getting me road ready & got the bike onto the car rack for me! Very knowledgeable and thorough explaining everything. I rented a cargo bike for me to drive while my 10 year old was in the back as a passenger. Cades Cove loop was the perfect spot to go with the bike! The owner, Patrice, was kind enough to comp an item we had to unexpectedly rent, and it was such a thoughtful gesture. Rent from here, and bring your whole family! It is a blast.

The people at Scotty Bike are incredibly nice! They helped us get 3 bikes for a half day. We rode through Cades Cove on a no cars Wednesday. It was dreamy! It was an experience that my family will be talking about for years to come. If I could give Scotty Bike 6 stars I would.

Made the experience a breeze. Owners are helpful with assuring you know how to operate the bike and helmet and walk you through how to load the bikes in your truck. Super friendly. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I rented E-bikes from Scotty Bikes and it was a wonderful experience! Kenny and Patrice made everything easy and gave detailed instructions on how to use the equipment. We explored Cades Cove on these cool E-bikes and the included communication helmets were helpful and fun so we could talk the entire time! Highly recommend!
