I contacted them after hours while preparing for an impending storm and was still offered assistance. When I followed up the next day, I received prompt, professional service and helpful advice. Communication was clear, pickup was smooth, and staff assisted with loading the generator into my vehicle. Overall, a very positive experience with professional and courteous staff.

Ordered parts on the phone with Brianna and the response was outstanding. Then a few days later the parts were in at the Arcola location and Jacob there greeted me with the utmost courteous and made my first time experience with them a pleasant one and I will be back for sure to continue business with them!!! These guys went above and beyond to get me in the mower I needed with a great deal. Mike and Clayton are great guys and their customer service was top notch which is hard to find nowadays. Let this place be your first stop!
