Kogel Bearings

I have bought multiple cages from Kogel and many other accessories from them. Products are the best!! Quality second to none!! I have worked with both Ben and Ard on a couple of the cages I bought and have had the best experience. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. These guys are amazing and the products are as well!!

Kogel makes phenomenal products, at a great price, with fantastic service. I bought some ceramic spinny boys aka rear derailleur pulleys, a few months back, I also purchased some PF30 ceramic bearings only to realize, it was wrong. Kogel helped me get into a ceramic EVO 386 24mm Shimano bottom bracket, and accepted my return. They upsold me on a t-shirt, and some bottle cages. The guys at the Kogel booth at SeaOtter couldn't promise my son a podium if we put on new Kogel pulley wheels on his derailleur, but they did promise him that he would have the coolest looking and smoothest shifting bike in the race. They weren't wrong. He has put on about 400-500 miles on these pulley wheels since we put them on last month, and they still spin like they are brand new and still look very cool!!

i have had several Kogel products on various bikes and been nothing but impressed with the quality and performance of each product. In addition the customer service is top notch. I have been able to speak to someone over the phone on numerous occasions trying to find the right product and help installing the product( started working on my own bikes during covid). it’s rare to get the support like that anymore Kogel keep up the great work

Excellent experience with the product and support. I opened a chat and Ben was extremely helpful and helping me choose what I needed(BB30 bearings and pulleys). I took advantage of the insane bundle deal and got a killer price for both products. Installation was a snap - the BB bearings are noticeably smoother even with the chain attached. The anondized purple on the pulleys is wild! I'll definitely be doing BB upgrades with Kogel as needed on my other bikes. Great products - great staff!
